SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
Shipping is a flat rate of $10 on total amounts up to $150.
We provide FREE TRACKED SHIPPING on all orders over $150 within Australia.
Express Post can be provided at buyer's cost.
We do not pay for the return of unwanted items.
RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase! However if you purchase an item that you are not satisfied with, please notify us immediately.
After you have received your item, you have 7 days to request a return for an exchange or store credit.
Returns will be granted once goods are received back in store in re-saleable condition. To be eligible for a return items must be in original condition and packaging, unworn with tags intact and not soiled by makeup or tanning/beauty products. We also reserve the right to decline the return if care instructions have not been followed.
We do not offer exchange, return or refund on sale items.
We do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing, however you are welcome to return your items for a store credit.
During a Flash Sale promotion or using a Special Code Discount we will accept an item back for exchange or credit only.
Online store credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
FAULTY ITEMS
We endeavour to ensure the items you receive are free from defects. However, if your purchase is faulty please email us at shop@jensinteriormotive.com.au immediately and return the faulty item within 7 days. Please ensure the item is returned using tracked postage, as we will not refund for an item that we have not received.
Once received, your returned faulty products will be examined and you will receive an email to confirm your refund has been approved. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. If you have used Openpay as your payment method you will be given a store credit or exchange as we cannot process refunds with Openpay.
STORE POLICIES
Please be aware that we are a small store and whilst we endeavour to dispatch all of your orders straight away, sometimes there may be delays.
We also reserve the right to withdraw items from sale that are inaccurately advertised in any way. Mistakes can be made and whilst we always take each case on individual merit, we may need to withdraw a sale for various reasons. We appreciate your support in this matter and from time to time we may refund part of all of your order including delivery fees.
